    Dragon Chronicles (天龙八部)

Yesterday, I watched the teleplay of "Dragon Chronicles" (reprogrammed according to the famous novel written by Jinyong, the most succesfully and richest Kongfu novel writter) again. And again, I was touched deeped by the scenario.

Qiaofeng, the master of the beggars, have to fight to find his nationality. During the Song Dynasty, there is severe hatred between Traditional Chinese and Khitan (a minority in China). Qiaofeng was raised up by a Chinese family and became a famous Chinese Kongfu King, but the rumor that he is a Khitanese emerged when he is at the summit of his carrer. Everyone just want to kill him--even his best friends. Thanks to his good Kongfu, he finally found the truth-HE IS A KHITANESE! Also, he proved both the people are good. But in the process, he killed his lover by his own hands due to some reasons.

And, the result is: Qiaofeng killed himself to stop the war that the Khitanese to invade the Chinese. And, many people feel regret for being treated him badly.

Of course, this shows the racism. But, is this a story happened in the past only? We can see many copies of it nowadays. Not to mention many people call the Africans "nigger", today, many citizens are divided into several groups in China-developed citizens, developing citizens, and so on. This is the new form of racism, we, as human beings, must fight for our equal rights!
